By booking any service with DivaXpress, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit. DivaXpress reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

2. Payment Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. DivaXpress accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and Square. Returned payments are subject to a $35 returned payment fee.

3. Changes & Modifications Any changes to services, guest counts, or event details must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event. DivaXpress will make reasonable accommodations; however, changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

4. Cancellations All sales and bookings are final. Please refer to our No-Refund Policy below. In the event DivaXpress must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a credit toward a future booking.

5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, guest counts, and any required measurements or preferences for styling services. DivaXpress is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Conduct DivaXpress reserves the right to discontinue services at any event where staff are subjected to disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
