DivaXpress provides luxury event experiences that may include, but are not limited to, curated food and beverage offerings (including tea service), styled décor, and balloon installations. By participating in any DivaXpress event or service, clients and their guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Food & Tea Consumption DivaXpress is not a licensed food service provider. Any food or beverage items incorporated into your event experience are either provided by the client, sourced through a third-party vendor, or offered as a courtesy. DivaXpress assumes no responsibility or liability for any allergic reactions, illness, injury, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of any food or beverage items at the event. Clients are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions, allergies, and health concerns to all relevant vendors prior to the event.

Décor & Balloon Installations DivaXpress takes every precaution to ensure that all décor and balloon installations are safely and professionally executed. However, DivaXpress is not liable for any damage to personal property, venue property, or injury resulting from interaction with, misuse of, or contact with any décor elements or balloon installations during or after the event.

General By booking with DivaXpress, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DivaXpress, its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from the event or the use of DivaXpress services.

DivaXpress strongly encourages all clients to consult with their venue and guests regarding any health, safety, or allergy considerations prior to their event date.
