Due to the exclusive, custom, and time-sensitive nature of DivaXpress services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once submitted. This includes, but is not limited to, tea party experiences, styling services, balloon design installations, and any bundled packages.

We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review their booking details, selected services, and event information prior to confirming their reservation. In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, DivaXpress may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future booking. This is not a guarantee and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
